About

A baby shampoo and body wash, formulated shampoo-first to actually clean all hair textures, not just rinse them.

Built by our founder for her newborn twins after three months of red, irritated skin that got worse from other brands' 2-in-1s.

Especially for:

  • Babies with eczema or super sensitive skin, where most baby washes strip the barrier at bath time and undo what creams and treatments are trying to repair
  • Parents who've tried 2-in-1 baby washes and found that the "shampoo" half overpromises, especially on textured hair, curls, or coils
  • First-time parents who've been gifted half a dozen "clean" baby brands their baby has already reacted to

Formulated with an organic aloe base to calm reactive skin, hydrolyzed quinoa protein to strengthen fine baby hair and support healing on patches of redness or irritation, and gentle cleansers that suds lightly while hydrating as they clean. Sunflower oil softens skin and scalp without sitting on top. All ingredients dosed for functional baby-skin benefits, not marketing.

Winner of a 2023 National Parenting Product Award for its botanical formulation.

Available in two scents, including unscented (Learn more about our scents). The unscented version is safe for newborns; scented versions are best for ages 1 and up. Not suitable for babies with a latex allergy due to the aloe base.

How to Use

For skin, apply 1–2 pumps into a washcloth, gently massage on baby, and rinse with water.

For hair, apply 1 pump into hands, work into hair and scalp, and rinse with water.

KEY FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS

Aloe leaf powder

Polysaccharides hydrate, vitamins support repair, and amino acids (similar to keratin) reinforce skin and hair.

Sunflower oil

Lightweight and emollient, plus high in linoleic acid, the fatty acid most depleted in compromised skin barriers.

Hydrolyzed quinoa protein

A small-molecule plant protein that supports skin's surface and the hair cuticle, helping both retain moisture.

Sodium cocoyl isethionate

A coconut-derived cleansing agent that lifts oil, dirt, and debris without stripping the barrier.
