Shipping policy

We currently only ship to addresses in the USA. We offer free shipping on orders $55+ and a $7 flat rate shipping option in addition to weight-based calculated rates at checkout that start around $5 depending on the size of your order.

Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your order.

Returns + Shipping

• Original shipping is non-refundable. This applies to every return and refund, minis and full sizes alike.
• Return shipping is on you for full-size returns. We email your return label and deduct its cost from your refund or store credit.
• Minis (Try It + Love It) need no return. If you don’t love one within 30 days of delivery, we refund the product cost and you don’t ship anything back.
• Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders: Check your order when it arrives and contact us right away at info@mybrightbody.com. We’ll make it right.
• Refund timing: Once we receive your return, allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect it and approve the refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank or card provider can take 5-14 days to post it. Store credit is emailed as soon as your return is approved.
