Retail Return Policy
*Wholesale return policy can be found in our standard wholesale contract and follows federal Universal Commercial Code
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Except in the case of mini products, to be eligible for a return and refund, your item must unopened and unused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in a return or exchange and original shipping charges are non-refundable. You can return or exchange opened/used full size products for store credit.

We’ll send an invoice for any shipping fees incurred in the return/exchange process. Once paid, you'll receive the shipping label via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We're so confident that you'll love Bright Body products that we offer a Try it + Love it Guarantee for our mini sized products. Try out any Bright Body product in a mini size and if you don't love it in 30 days, contact us and you'll get your money back.

Damages and Order Inaccuracy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right and ensure that it doesn't happen again.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds for select items (including but not limited to: custom Ayurvedic face mask kits of any size, custom items included in a workshop package, gift cards, and items marked clearance and/or final sale).
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
