Retail Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Except in the case of mini Bright Body products, to be eligible for a return and refund, your item must unopened and unused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in a return or exchange and original shipping charges are non-refundableYou can return products that are gently used (as determined by Bright Body) for a store credit in the form of a gift card within 30 days of purchase.

We offer exchanges on unopened and unused products

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with the following information:

  • Product you're returning and whether it has been opened or used
  • For exchanges only: the product(s) you'd like instead
  • Your shipping address
  • Your email address

We’ll send an invoice for any shipping fees incurred in the return/exchange process. Once paid, you'll receive the shipping label via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Try It + Love It Guarantee on Mini Bright Body Products

We're so confident that you'll love Bright Body products that we offer a Try it + Love it Guarantee for our mini sized products. Try out any Bright Body product in a mini size and if you don't love it in 30 days, contact us and you'll get your money back.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Products must be purchased directly from mybrightbody.com, we do not accept returns from our retail partners.
  • Products must be from the Bright Body brand, NOT any of our partner brands. Therefore, this does not apply to products from Naked Goat Soap Co., Clove + Hallow, Au Naturale Cosmetics, Elate Cosmetics, MD Solar Sciences, or Zinc It Over/Seriously Fab.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You do not need to return your product for a refund through the Try It + Love It Guarantee. If you would like to exchange it, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Custom products and items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and Order Inaccuracy 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right and ensure that it doesn't happen again.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds for select items (including but not limited to: custom Ayurvedic face mask kits of any size, custom items included in a workshop package, gift cards, items marked final sale, or wholesale orders (in bulk and/or retail sizes)).

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
