We want you to love your Bright Body goodies, especially when you’re trying something new.

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have30 days after delivery to request a return.

💕Minis: Try them. Love them or get your money back, no return required.
💗Full sizes: Return within 30 days (with 50%+ remaining) for a refund or 110% refund as store credit.
📦Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Mini “Try It + Love It” Guarantee

We’re so confident you’ll love our products that we offer a Try It + Love It Guarantee on all Bright Body + Bright Body Baby minis.

If you don’t love your miniwithin 30 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll refund the product cost.

You donot need to return minis for a refund.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Full Size Returns

To be eligible for a return, full-size items must be returned withat least 50% remaining (by labeled net weight).

We want you to have enough runway to truly try it out, but we can’t accept mostly-used products.

If you’re not happy with a full-size product, you have two optionswithin30 days of delivery:

Option 1 💳 Refund to original payment method

  • Refund covers product cost only

  • Original shipping is not refunded

  • Customer pays return shipping

Option 2 🔁 Refund as 110% store credit (🏆 best value)

  • Receive 110% of the product value as store credit (great to swap for something else)

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any product(s) storewide

  • Original shipping is not refunded

  • Customer pays return shipping

How to Start a Return

To start a return (or to swap for something else), pleasecontact us at info@mybrightbody.com and include:

  • Your original order number

  • The product(s) you’d like to return

  • Whether each item is opened/used

  • Whether you want:

    • Refund to original payment method, or

    • Refund as 110% store credit

  • Confirmation of:

    • Your shipping address

    • Your email address

We’ll send an invoice for the cost of a return shipping label. Once it’s paid, we’ll email your label + return instructions.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

  • your item is damaged

  • your order is incorrect

  • something arrived defective

We’ll make it right and use your feedback to prevent it from happening again.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns/refunds for select items, including:

  • custom items

  • gift cards

  • items markedclearance and/orfinal sale (including discontinued products)

Additional Terms

  • Products must be purchased directly frommybrightbody.com (we cannot accept returns from retail partners).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any product(s) storewide.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that appear to be excessive, abusive, or outside the spirit of this policy.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3 business days of arrival to our studio), we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive email notification when we process your refund.

Please allow 5-14 days for your bank/credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If you choose store credit, we’ll issue it by email as soon as your return is approved.

Please note: Once we have approved and processed the refund on our end, we do not have control over how quickly your financial service provider posts the refund.

Wholesale Return Policy

Wholesale return policy is distinct from retail returns and can be found in our standard wholesale contract.
