Refill glass containers Our jars are designed to be refilled and our pouches are designed to be processed responsibly.
The jar stays; the pouches come back to us. Here's the process:
- When you order a refill for a glass-packaged product, you'll receive your product in a refill pouch.
- Empty the pouch contents into your clean, dry container. Replace the lid and use as normal.
- Save your empty pouches. Once you have three or more, you're ready to send them back.
- At your next checkout, let us know you have empties to return. We'll include a prepaid return mailer with your order.
- Mail your empties back to us. We process them through a TerraCycle box specifically designed to recycle materials your curbside bin can't handle.
