United StatesI did not realize when I ordered an oat and honey product that it would have lavender in it…something I am allergic to. Since they were minis and technically I “opened” two products to smell the product, I could not return them so I threw them out.

We make sure to put the full ingredient lists on product pages (including essential oils) so you can always take a peek there if you want to make sure lavender isn't in the formula. United StatesI have thin hair and it is like I couldn't wash this shampoo out of my hair. I can see how it would be awesome for someone with curly hair, but it was a no-go for my hair type.
Hi Ashly, thanks for your feedback! For finer hair, I typically recommend a double-shampoo. The second wash out gives you much more suds and washes out more grease, which finer hair types tend to appreciate. Let me know if that helps!

Thanks for your feedback, Jennifer! You are right in that this is a low-suds formula which is intentional. Most of the time, high suds is an indication that the product is stripping moisture. Our cleaning agents are gentle, so you won't get the same kind of lather but you will get clean and fresh! When you're used to big suds it's easy to overuse product. Instead, I highly recommend adding more water after you've distributed product, and you will get more suds. Also, if you're like me and you only wash 2X a week, you could try a double cleanse, and you will notice significantly more suds on the second wash. These tips should definitely get you more bang for your buck!

They give my hair body, hydration and definition like no other products ever have. The shampoo gently cleanses and the conditioner easily detangles and hydrates without weighing down my hair.
