While Bright Body Boutique might not be open for in-person shopping, we are still making products and fulfilling online orders. We're offering shipping OR contactless pickup from the back hallway of our shop.

To Place an Order for Pickup

  1. Select "pickup" at checkout

  2. Place yourorder as usual

  3. You'll get anemail when your order is readyfor pickup. Please allow 2-4 business days before reaching out to us to inquire when your order will be ready.

To Pickup

  1. Wait for the email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Once received, you may plan to stop by Tuesday through Friday between 11 AM and 6 PM.
  2. Watch the video linked in your email confirmation for all details about where and how to pickup.

Packaging + Stock Updates

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing significant supply chain issues especially with the closures (pumps, sprayers, droppers, etc.) on our products. We are also operating at a reduced capacity. This means:

Refill Program

We are continuing to process and sanitize empty containers with high standards for safety. Our multi-step cleaning & sanitization process uses soap & water and restaurant-grade sanitizing solution to prepare empty containers for safe reuse.

We are accepting empties through the following channels:

For Shipped Orders. If you indicate that you have empties to return as you add products to your cart, you will receive a return shipping label for your empties in your box of new goodies.

For Pickup Orders. When you come to the shop for contactless pickup, you'll see a box marked "empty containers." Leave any and all of your empties in that box.
