My skin is very sensitive so it did take me a second to figure out the correct amount to use for my face. I use a little bit less than recommended and that works wonders for me. If I use too much it makes my face feel tingly. I break out a lot during my cycle and this has helped tremendously. It smells fresh and doesn’t make my skin feel “heavy.” Highly recommend this products!
