Our Grounded Room & Linen Spray is designed just for stress, anxiety, and insomnia. Formulated using principles of Ayurveda and aromatherapy to be grounding and calming to overactive and flighty Vata dosha.

Top notes: juniper berry, bergamot
Middle notes: rosemary, fennel
Base notes: vetiver, cinnamon leaf

Grounded and all of our other scents are made in homage to my great uncle Ernie (1924-2003) who was a famous custom perfumer. I can't pretend to approximate his level of genius but I hope to do him justice.
Lightly mist over pillows, linens, and even clothes. Allow at least 6-8" between the nozzle and any surface.
